Korean Center of the ACSH will be established in Korea

During the official visit of the delegation of the President of the Republic of Korea to Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Astana Civil Service Hub (ACSH) Mr. Alikhan Baimenov and the Minister of Personnel Management of the Republic of Korea Mr. Kim Seung Ho signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish the Korean Center of ACSH in Korea.

The MoU is the result of log-lasting productive partnership between the two parties. The activities of the ACSH Center in Korea aim to expanding the scope of cooperation and to disseminate benchmark experience and best practices in civil service.

The parties noted that this agreement marks a new stage, fostering the effective development of civil service for the prosperity of both countries. This initiative opens new prospects, aiming to innovate in personnel administration services and contribute to the international community through this initiative.

In signing the MoU, Mr. Baimenov outlined that the ACSH considers "the Ministry’s initiative to establish the ACSH Center in Korea as a high recognition, on one hand, of the our accomplished work, and on the other hand, of the ACSH’s potential for further enhancement of international cooperation in the field of civil service."
