ACSH will participate in the first Global Forum on Governments’ agile response to COVID-19
On May 14-15, the first Global Web-Forum on Governments’ agile response to COVID-19 will be held at ministerial level of a large number of countries by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Within the Forum the current situation of public service delivery mechanisms, crucial role of social innovations and smart solutions in the fight against Covid-19 and post pandemic period will be discussed.
It is anticipated that UNDP Administrator Mr. Achim Steiner, Director-General of Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) Dr. Salim M. Al-Malik, President of the World Economic Forum Mr.Borge Brende, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ulvi Mehdiyev will likely join the event.
Chairman of the Steering Committee of the ACSH Mr. Alikhan Baimenov will also make a welcoming speech and present the experience and achievements of the participating countries in public administration in the context of the coronavirus pandemic.
The event will also bring together Ministers from Azerbaijan, Estonia, Indonesia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Uganda and High Dignitaries of the international organizations.
